9:30 am-10:15 am Express Flow Yoga Anya Express Flow Yoga
6-7 pm Yoga Flow Sarah Vinyasa flow to your very core!
7:30-8:15 pm FREE Beginning Meditation AJ-Mindy-Anya S Beginning level meditation. No pass or payneeded. Different teacher and style of meditation each week :)

Wednesday

6-7 am Integrative Yoga Laurel Infused with a variety of moderate yoga modalities.
9-10:15 am Yin to Rise Yoga Kristin Gentle flowing yoga combined with yin postures.
6-7 pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga Vicky Just enough movement with a cooling finish.

Thursday

Time Class Teacher Description
9-10 am Beginning & Up Yoga Kristin Mindful yoga for all levels, emphasis on alignment.
12-12:45 pm Lunch Express Yoga Claudette Yoga flow on the go.
6:00-7:00 pm Gentle Flow Yoga Rainie Restorative and gentle mindful slow flow practice to improve felxibility, strength, and balance. Perfect for beginners and rejuvenation.

Friday

9:30-10:45 am Themed Vinyasa Flow Anya H Vinyasa flow with theme to move you in line with the seasons, tides & universe around you.
12-12:45 pm Lunch Express Yoga Claudette Yoga flow on the go.
6-7 pm Mindful Power Flow AJ Intentional & alignment based, this powerful Vinyasa flow is the perfect balance of mind & body!
